Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in the price of the items. Orders must be placed in increments of 4 cases.

Order increments

Orders must total 4, 8, 12, 16 cases, and so on. You can mix flavors to reach each total. For example, 1 case each of four different flavors is a valid 4-case order.

We pack each group of 4 cases together and ship it as one parcel. This keeps your shipping cost included in the price and protects the cookies in transit.

Order cutoff and ship day

We ship once a week, on Tuesdays. Orders placed by Friday at 10:00 AM Eastern ship Tuesday next week. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following Tuesday.

Carrier and tracking

Orders ship by UPS. Once UPS has your package, you will receive email updates with your tracking information, including the estimated delivery date, when the package is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered.

Problems with your order

We are not responsible for damage during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong, contact us right away so we can look into it and file a carrier claim where needed.

Please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage.
